Effective October 6, 2026. Steadfast Inspectors, LLC ("Steadfast," "we") respects the people who trust us with their home purchase. This page explains what information this website and our inspection process collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written in plain language on purpose.
When you schedule an inspection, you provide your name, email address, phone number, the property address, and, if you choose, your agent's contact information. Scheduling runs through Spectora, our inspection software, under its own privacy policy. When you text or call the number on this site, your carrier handles that message; we keep the conversation in our messaging and phone records. When an agent requests sample reports or connects with us, the form runs through Mailchimp under its policy. This website uses Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement, described below, and does not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
To schedule and perform your inspection, deliver your report, send the emails and text messages that belong to your inspection (confirmations, reminders, your report, follow-ups, and the courtesies we offer returning clients), respond to your questions, and, for agents who ask, share sample reports and agent resources. Clients who have completed an inspection may receive occasional Steadfast emails afterward; every one of them carries an unsubscribe link, and a reply asking us to stop is honored.
Your report is yours. We deliver it to you and, when you ask us to, to your agent. We do not publish reports or client information. The service providers that run our scheduling, reports, payments, email, and text messaging (for example Spectora, Haven, Mailchimp, and our payment processor) process information on our behalf under their own terms, and only for the service they provide. If you accept the Haven home portal offered with residential inspections, Haven's own privacy policy governs that account, and you may opt out at any time.
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use it, such as which pages are viewed and whether someone taps to call or opens the scheduler. When you arrive from one of our Google ads, Google Ads measures whether that ad led to a call or a booking, without receiving your name, email address, or phone number from us. These Google tools use cookies and similar technologies and collect information such as your device, browser, general location, and the pages you visit, and Google processes it under its own privacy policy. We use them to measure, not to build advertising audiences, and we do not upload client or agent contact lists to Google or any other advertising platform. You can limit ad personalization at myadcenter.google.com, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
When you text us or agree to receive texts, we use text messages only for your inspection (scheduling, access, reminders, results) and to answer you. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to end texts from us.
Ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop non-essential emails, by writing to info@steadfastinspectors.org. We keep inspection records for as long as our professional and insurance obligations require. This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
