Founded by Ryan Williams, an InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector (CPI)® with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
Ryan is the Lead Residential Inspector at Steadfast Inspectors, and he started the company to give people something the home buying process often misses: a calm, knowledgeable guide. He works with buyers, homeowners, real estate agents, and property professionals all over the Atlanta metro area.
He brings years of hands on experience to every inspection, paired with the training behind his Certified Professional Inspector credential through InterNACHI. Because of his mix of experience, Ryan looks at a home from more than one angle. He's not only asking whether something is visible, but what it actually means for your safety, your comfort, your wallet, and the years you'll spend living there.
"I'm dedicated to helping homeowners step into their new homes with confidence and peace of mind. My goal is to give every client the information they need to make a smart, informed decision about their investment."Ryan Williams, Lead Residential Inspector
A home inspection should not feel rushed, confusing, or overly technical. Ryan's approach is thorough, calm, and educational. He documents concerns clearly and explaining the difference between major issues, repair needs, and routine maintenance.
This matters most for first-time homebuyers. The goal is not to scare buyers away from a home, but to give them the clarity, confidence, and information they need to make the best decision for themselves and their family. Ryan's hands-on renovation and construction experience also helps him understand how homes are actually built, and where workmanship or installation issues tend to show up, even in newer homes.
Here's something most inspectors can't offer. Ryan spent years as a licensed homeowners insurance claims adjuster, so he knows firsthand what actually drives insurance claims, premium increases, and coverage denials. Aging roofs, outdated wiring, water intrusion, and certain plumbing or structural conditions can quietly raise your insurance costs or even make a home harder to insure.
As you're buying, that perspective is a real advantage. Ryan informs you about the conditions that could affect your homeowners insurance down the road, so you understand not just the repair picture, but the risk and cost picture too, before you commit.
Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions a person can make. Whether the property is a first home, new construction, an older home, or an investment, clients deserve clear information before moving forward. Every Steadfast inspection is committed to providing:
With Steadfast Inspectors, you are not just getting an inspection, you are getting a knowledgeable partner who understands homes, repairs, risk, and the importance of protecting your investment.
